• 120MB of available hard-disk space; additional free space required for data and pictures (2 GB recommended)
• 1,024x768 display (1,280x800 recommended) with 16-bit video card
• Broadband Internet connection required for online activation

Cameras

• Nikon D-40, D-40x, D-50, D-70, D-80, D-100, D-200, D3000, D3100, D5000 or D90 for Direct-to-LockStep Connectivity (real-time Work Instruction creation)
• The Nikon D40 with standard 18-55 mm lens is most affordable. Camera purchases will typically come with a battery.
• Memory cards are sold separately. Recommended size: 1 GB
• Pictures taken with any digital camera other than the Nikon SLRs can be added to the Work Instructions with a drag‘n drop approach.
