For over 9 years, FFD has been helping companies that have operational problems as a result of inadequate, non-existent or onerous work instruction processes.  We are a vital enabling technology partner for our customers allowing them to add significant value to their bottom line.

FFD's customer base extends across North America. Europe, Asia, and Australia and touches nearly every vertical market.  This history has yielded a suite of work instruction software solutions that are second to none in terms of usability, flexibility and capability as well as a staff that possesses deep industry expertise and an intimate understanding of how to assist manufacturing companies of all sizes across all major verticals.

FFD was originally formed in 2004 to pursue the development, marketing and sales of Sequence Enterprise Software. Developed for Windows® using Microsoft's .Net Framework, Sequence is based on extensive market research and close working relationships with high-tech manufacturing organizations.  These relationships allow a solid understanding of our target customer profile and help define the key software features that create a unique value proposition for our current and potential customers.  

FFD launched LockStep desktop software in February of 2009 in response to global economic conditions. LockStep is designed to bridge the gap for companies that need to get started with an appropriate work instruction solution but are currently limited by either size or economics. 

FFD is currently shipping V3.0 of Sequence Enterprise and V1.3 of LockStep.
