Finding Your Installation ID
Sequence uses your installation ID to identify your license of LockStep. In order to fully register your product for use, we will need to have that information.
Good news, though! It’s simple to get. Here’s how:
- Step 1: Open Lockstep Free and choose “Buy Now” from the navigation bar.
- Step 2: Land on this page. Congratulations!
- Step 3: Locate the browser address bar. This is where the page URL is found at the top of your browser.
- Step 4: Locate your installation ID in the URL.
- Your installation ID is a combination of numbers and letters that is found after the ?InstallationID= path of the URL.
- Step 5: Copy the Installation ID, including all numbers, letters, and hyphen separators found after the ?InstallationID=, and paste it into the appropriate box on the form.
